Australian cricketer Josh Philippe was born on June 1, 1997, and plays as a wicket-keeper batsman. Philippe, who made his international debut in February 2021, is viewed as the brightest batting prospect in the Australian team. Philippe has a cricketing family background where his father had played for Western Australia 2nd XI and coached Western Fury in the past. Phillipe’s mother, in the 1980s, also represented Western Australia. The cricketer, who had announced himself as a top-order batsman of enormous aptitude for the Western Australia 2nd XI when he made 88 off 92 balls against Test attack of England at the WACA in 2017-18, made his Twenty20 debut for Perth Scorchers against Sydney Sixers in the Big Bash League Season in 2017. Phillipe scored his first century with 137 runs against South Australia in the opening match of the 2021-22 Marsh One-Day Cup.
